You will receive a confirmation of order details through the email address provided, please check to see if it’s all correct.

If you want to change the delivery address or any other details please email us on mybagsng1@gmail.com with the ORDER NUMBER or send a message on whatsapp 09070723808. Please ensure you supply full delivery details.

Order processing time is within 24hrs (business days). Shipping time is usually between  1-7 business days depending on your location.

Lagos delivery is sent out daily ; the next day after payment confirmation.

Outside Lagos orders is sent out 3 times a week Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays after payment confirmation.

Shipping fee is subject to change depending on the weight of your package. If there are any changes you will be contacted via phone call / email.

Delivery outside lagos is either home delivery or pickup at a motor park depending on your choice. Please note home delivery attracts extra fees, indicate in the delivery note during checkout if you want home delivery to outside lagos.

You can pickup yourself  or send a dispatch rider with your ORDER NUMBER during our working hours (Mondays – Saturdays: 9am – 6pm) only.
